For Single Family Homes, a Property Inspection is conducted on the home or building to provide a baseline assessment of the physical structure and systems of a home. 
For Multi Family Properties or Commercial Buildings, a Property Conditions Assessment is performed.

A visual inspection includes assessment of the Heating and Central Air Conditioning systems (HVAC); Plumbing; Interior walls, ceilings, floors, steps, doors;  Exterior; Electrical system; Roof, attic and visible insulation; Foundation, basement and structural components.

The use of infrared cameras and moisture meters assist in determining if elevated moisture levels are present. If those conditions are present, SkyeTec analysts determine the cause, origin and extent of the water intrusion, and document any visible microbial growth. Photo documentation, recommended repairs and a thorough conditions report are provided.

Performed by Environmental Analysts or Certified Industrial Hygienists, this assessment evaluates the home or building for sources of moisture intrusion, active water leaks, and visible microbial growth, and provides recommendations. Infrared thermal imaging and moisture meters are utilized by our highly experienced environmental and building scientists.

If extensive visible mold contamination is present, remediation protocol and post-remediation assessment with microbial sampling will be recommended. Remediation will be performed by licensed Building Contractors with experience and expertise in Restoration and Remediation.

Best practices for maintaining a quality, healthy real estate owned asset are provided for each property. Versions include guidelines for completed single family and multi-family properties and incomplete single family and multi-family properties with appropriate recommendations for your property management partners to utilize.

A visual Lot/Land Assessment will be conducted to provide a baseline of the general conditions of the lot or land.  The inspection will include a determination if any improvements exist on the site such as slabs, foundations, utilities, fencing, etc. or if existing structures or buildings exist on site.  The report will also identify any visual hazardous or environmental risks such as erosion, open trenches, wells, ponds, tanks, dumped trash materials, etc.
